PLEASE READ:

3D Printed items have layer lines and minor blemishes which are completely normal and to be expected. We try to make sure we only send quality prints to our dear customers.

We recommend using mounting tape or Blu Tack (Tack-it) a putty-like reusable adhesive to mount it on your table (available in most hardware/school supplies shop). This solves the issue of your stand tipping over since the base is not heavy.

Please choose J&T Express as your courier. J&T Express delivery time is 7-14 days after pickup date compared to Shopee Xpress aka Standard Delivery takes 10-17 days after pickup date.

Steps in changing your courier from Standard Delivery to J&T Express:

1. Choose Standard Delivery/Local and place order.

2.Wait for your order status to go from “to pay” to “To Ship” status.

3.Check your order again if it says Standard Delivery(Shopee Xpress) after placing order, please change it to J&T Express. Simply go to your order details and tap change under shipping information and select J&T Express. You only have 1 hour after placing your order to change your courier to your chosen courier. 🙂
